Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take for a custom bag?

It takes around 5-6 weeks for all custom bags (could be sooner but no guarantees!). During the holiday season it could take around 7-8 weeks. International shipping takes 2-3 weeks to ship. 

How long does it take for a non-custom bag?

If we have stock we will ship this immediately. If we do not have stock it should take around 3 weeks.

How do I take care of my bag?

Please be gentle with your bag as acrylic is delicate and can easily crack. To clean your bag, wipe with a dry cloth. 

Can you rush my order?

Please put in a request in the notes section if you need a rush order. We can do our best to achieve this but it does take time to make these custom items.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! Please note, we are not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees placed on international shipments.

Can you help me design my bag?

Sure! Please email us at hello@raeoflightcustom.com with any questions!

Do you have discounts for bridesmaids?

Yes! If you have 8 or more bridesmaids, please process your order on our website normally. It will automatically apply a discount at checkout :)

My BFF is getting engaged in 3 weeks- will you have my bag ready in time?

We want get you your custom product as quickly as we possibly can! Our custom bags do take 5-6 weeks to produce (could be sooner but no guarantees!). If you have a special rush request we can try to accommodate you or provide you with other options. Please email us at hello@raeoflightcustom.com. 

What if I need to cancel my order?

We can cancel any order made within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately after the 24 hour window if the order is custom we will not be able to cancel the order/refund you.
