Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

• Rae of Light Custom will exchange or refund non-customized merchandise within 14 days of the date of purchase.
• We charge a $20 flat rate return processing fee that includes a prepaid return shipping label and restocking fee. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method, less the return processing fee, once the item is received by our team.
• Due to the nature of customizable products we are unable to accept returns on custom orders. If you received a bag with a mistake or typo please contact us with 48 hours of receipt of product and we will provide a solution on a case-by-case basis. 
• Due to their hygienic nature we are unable to accept returns on robes.

Acrylic Repairs

• Acrylic is a very fragile material and bags can break easily if they are not handled with proper care, we are not liable for dropped bags.
• We are happy to fix/remake the bag for you and can provide you with an estimated cost.
