Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

• Rae of Light Custom will exchange or refund non-customized merchandise within 14 days of the date of purchase.
• We charge a $20 flat rate return processing fee that includes a prepaid return shipping label and restocking fee. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method, less the flat rate return processing fee and original shipping fees, once the item is received by our team.
• Due to the nature of customizable products we are unable to accept returns on custom orders. If you received a bag with a mistake or typo please contact us with 48 hours of receipt of product and we will provide a solution on a case-by-case basis. 
• Due to their hygienic nature we are unable to accept returns on robes.

Acrylic Repairs

• Acrylic is a very fragile material and bags can break easily if they are not handled with proper care, we are not liable for dropped bags.
• We are happy to fix/remake the bag for you and can provide you with an estimated cost.
